Is it better to book by fax or online?

Your online reservation will be processed faster. This is because the data is transferred automatically into our database. Please make sure that your e-mail address is typed correctly. Immediately after booking you will receive information at your e-mail address. If you prefer, you can also book by fax, although the processing will take a little longer.

If my flight is delayed, when should I inform you?

Please inform us if your flight is delayed more than 60 min. Please also inform us if you will be arriving later than expected. Call us with your mobile phone shortly before your flight is actually departing. After business hours call the emergency number ( a spanish mobile phone ). This mobile number is indicated on the reservation confirmation.

Can cars only be collected from the airport, or is it possible for them to be delivered to the holiday accommodation?

The majority of our clients (99%) do collect their cars on arrival at the airport, however, we appreciate that this may not be convenient to all our customers. Some of our suppliers do have offices in the Cities or in more popular Tourist Resorts where cars can be collected during office hours, if this is more convenient to you, some car hire companies may also provide a delivery service at a supplement of between 15 and 20 Euros. However, this is not the case with all the companies featured on our website and we would, therefore, recommend that you contact us for more definite information regarding you individual requirements prior to making your booking.

Is it possible to use a bank debit card rather than a credit card?

Unfortunately, debit cards are not acceptable. Credit cards provide some security for the car hire companies in the, fortunately rare, occurrence of damage caused to the vehicle by a customer’s negligence. This security enables them to keep their hire charges low and we trust you will appreciate their reasons.

I have noted from your website that your office closes at 18:00. If I arrive late at night, for example at 01:30 in the morning, how will I collect my car?

We would explain that we act as brokers for the car rental companies and do not supply the cars ourselves. The car rental companies make arrangements to ensure that your car is delivered to you at the airport at the required time 24 hours a day.
